1. Титул на все компоненты и материалы для Товаров и инструментов, используемых исключительно в связи с Товарами, переходит к Компании сразу после их закрепления Поставщиком за Контрактом, и на все документы, включая чертежи, проекты, свидетельства о проверке, сертификаты о качестве, спецификации деталей и руководства сразу после их подготовки или получения Поставщиком. Поставщик обеспечивает четкую маркировку и хранение всех таких изделий для их идентификации как собственности Компании, возможность их обследования Компанией в любое время и выполняет все указания Компания в их отношении. — 1. Title in all components and materials for the Goods and tools to be used exclusively in connection with the Goods shall pass to the Company as soon as they are allocated by the Supplier to the Contract and in all documents of any kind including drawings designs test certificates of quality parts lists and manuals as soon as they are prepared or obtained by the Supplier. The Supplier shall clearly mark and store all such items so that they can be identified as the property of the Company, make them available for inspection by the Company at any time and comply with all instructions of the Company with regard to them.

2. Несмотря на переход титула, риск на Товары не переходит к Компании до осуществления доставки. — 2. Notwithstanding the passing of title risk in the Goods shall not pass to the Company until delivery.

3. Титул и риск на Товары переходит в срок (если таковой предусмотрен), указанный в Заказе, и если никой срок не указан, то при физической доставке Товаров в соответствии с Заказом. — 3. Title to and risk in the Goods passes on the date (if any) specified in the Order and if none is specified on the physical delivery of the Goods in accordance with the Order.
